Our mission is to glorify Christ by equipping His people to reach their neighbors and the nations. Primary Responsibilities Establish vision for the Discipleship and Evangelism Ministry and the strategy to accomplish it Develop and equip a leadership team Build and nurture personal relationships Disciple members Teach Work effectively in administrative tasks including communication, budgeting, and planning Qualifications Fulfill qualifications as set out in 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9 Friendly, learner, team player, team builder, authentic, desire for excellence, strong work ethic Strong desire to disciple, equip leaders, and communicate God’s Word Education/Experience Prefer minimum 5years of experience working in a church setting Master degree minimum
